Helen is a skilled aesthetics nurse with a strong clinical background and a commitment to safe, evidence‑based practice. After qualifying in 2013, she built her career in intensive care, progressing to ITU Sister, before joining one of London’s largest Integrated Care Boards in a senior management role. Her aesthetics training includes advanced injectable qualifications, alongside further non‑surgical regenerative skin treatments.

 

Helen’s approach centres on subtle, natural enhancement, helping patients look refreshed, revitalised, and entirely themselves. She focuses on treatments that restore, refine, and support long‑term skin health, creating personalised plans shaped by each patient’s goals. She is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), fully insured, and a member of both the Aesthetics Complications Expert Group (ACE) and the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN).
